Flue Box for Rayburn 1, 2 and 3

Please note these are made to order and there is therefore approximately a 2 to 3 week lead time but it could be longer. Please also make sure that this is suitable for your model as we are unable to accept returns. If in doubt please email a photo and we will confirm it is correct for your cooker.

We have sourced a complete new steel flue box suitable for the Rayburn 1, 2 or 3 models.

Please retain your flue spigot to re-use.

Made of heavy gauge steel it's designed to last and is finished in matt black heat proof paint.

Fits in place of the existing version but is made with either a top or rear flue outlet. Please make your choice below.

This new flue box will solve the cracking seam problem of your cooker which is now approximately 52 years old. The flue box can be bolted down if the original brackets survive or sealed in place with fire clay. We suggest a small tub which you can find listed here to assist sealing.

Will accept a 5 inch cast or thin steel flue pipe. The flue box has a lift off sweeping door.

We offer both versions for the Old pattern No 1 and 2 - with the 4 sided sloping pyramid shape box, or the later New Pattern type with the narrow base and bulging out front.
